Mass Effect 2 and Bioshock 2: Will Microsoft buy them?

Mass Effect I think will be a MS exclusive.

At the same time, there is no way in hell the second Bioshock will go exclusive, especially since they revealed at the end of the games PS3 version.

This is all assuming Microsoft doesn't go on a spending spree and buy all of videogaming.
