PS2 will win because it's the most popular platform ever and shows no signs of being as slow as the PS3 or as title-poor as the PSP.
It doesn't matter though, because Sony is losing money and as sales of all three consoles drop off they will only lose money. They were even doing so when the PS2 was popular and current-gen, so it'll take a lot to change that.
