Yes it's horrible.  Are you saying we should cheer because instead of 800 million they lose 379 million?  I'm sure next year if they lose 150 million you'll be posting less than half the losses year over year and preaching how it's great.  It's terrible, of course the losses are gonna be lower in years time.  Losses are losses, you are a company to make money not to put yourself billions in the hole and cheer when you lose less money.  The PS3 needs to put up or shut up, it has been nothing but a thorn in Sony's side since it was released.  It is literally a financial disaster for Sony and to say otherwise is ridiculous right now.  Console generations aren't that long, you can't just expect to stop losing money 3 years into the lifecycle and expect to get much of anything back.  2 years has gone by and the hole is still getting deeper.

AND they should have cured cancer by now with all those people Folding@Home. They should just can that project too.

If they didn't cure it immediately, it's obviously totally useless.
