I think Resident Evil 4 for the GC since I played it first although I like the Wii version better. It's a hard choice to pick RE4 since I also love Super Mario Brothers 3. And I have to throw Street Fighter 2 in there as well since I have so many good memories of the game and the time in my life.
I'll come up with something better eventually...
