I think the prices of the other consoles are far mor important for the ps3-price then the price of stand-alone blue-ray players. i expect a price drop of the x360 with the launch of halo in autumn, and if sony won't sell more until that time, they will have to cut their price down if they still want to compete in the next-gen war. the question is if they can afford that.
