At first, judging by the preface, I thought this would be serious. Right away the first rule was confusing me since he mentioned being on road trips and going long periods on the road but then turns around and says battery life isn't important at all. I thought to myself, doesn't that just contradict what he said? Rule 2 was just boring so I skimmed through it and then rule 3, I realized this was not only a joke but a smack at the PSP.
I'll come up with something better eventually...
