Nah, they are clearly way past any legal recourse, though as an elected body we should not have ignored them. Things would probably have been better off over the last couple of years had we not shunned them. After all, to Palestinians they do a lot of good in the ways of humanitarian building, schools hospitals, etc, where PA has been too corrupt and Israel impedes.
Hezbollah though is massively mislabelled and that is primarily who Iran helps.
