IGN's Guitar Hero World Tour Review... 7.9 (for silly reasons)?

I'm actually glad to see (say its a great game) get a lower score.

Too many damn games these days all getting mid 9's. Getting a 9 or higher means nothing anymore. You have to make a really shitty game it seems to get anything lower.

Maybe they are trying to fix the rating system.
