So how many millions of $s are they sueing for for stress?
They should have pretended to choke on the beak, they would be sure of a huge payout, especially as mentioned it passed through so many people before it reached the customer.......but then again KFC staf are not exactly bright are they!!
A handy tip I can give you if you live in the UK: write to KFC head office complaining of bad service or missing food in your order and they will send you back nice free food vouchers, usually 4 free meals.
