All you have to do is look at the bidding history of each of the bidders. They all (save for the VERY most recent bidder) are serious bidders with a significant amount of feedback score and very high feedback percentages (three of the four last bidders have 100%, the last has 98%. Also 211, 208, 57, and 25 are all proof that these are serious eBayers. The 25 is a little less so, but acceptable).
All the way up to $16,500 is legit. There were other bidders that drove it up earlier, but they have since been removed due to being obviously fake (hello, 0 feedback!).
