Well, your wanting more M rated games, and it seems like your leaning X360, so I'd get an X360.
However, a note: Oblivion is getting the GOTY treatment in September - it should be $40 and include Shivering Isles.
Like others have said, I'd wait till October - the second price drop should of happened, and you'll save another $50. It's not a great idea to buy a system just because you have lots of friends that have an Xbox, but at the same time, you might enjoy playing some great games with them on co-op.
Also, Blue Dragon is $50 as he stated. Halo 1 + 2 + 3 might be a bit more, as Halo 1 + 2 is around $29 new at the moment (I think?)
