Nope. No athiest worth his salt will ever claim that god absolutley does not exist - they will just claim that the chances of god existing are low. Thats because claiming that something which is impossible to prove the existence or lack of existence of either absolutley does or does not exist is not a logically tenable position.
Agnostics don't claim god probably doesn't exist - they claim that they don't really care.
