Ode to Shadow of the Colossus (Spoilers & Death of 56k)

I've been replaying this at work over the past two weeks.  I'm stuck on the final colossi, the same place I got stuck last time I beat the game.

How do I get from her right hand to her head?  I can never figure it out.
