Joe The Plumber doesn't need to worry anymore... Any potential tax increases will be canceled out by this stimulus.
Jokes aside, this looks like another desperate attempt to get the economy going. Either that or just throwing some money to the masses to appease any possible anger from the bailout. Maybe it can even give McCain a few points.
I wonder if the US plans to ever repay its debt.
