Why do you think McCain is a bad guy? He is a decent guy, he's just not running his campaign very well. This survey is asking people about their response to his ads.
I figured out why people keep bashing McCain on race. The Ayers and Most Left ads are silly. They are continuing a discussion Americans think is unnecessary and unfair. I think his other bad move has been allowing some fringe Republicans to throw around terms like unamerican and not vocally telling his some of his supporters to stop being racist.
I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.
