Yes it comes with trophies, I already have several.
It has a new difficulty setting (Survivor) and it is due to receive some exclusive DLC. I think the DLC is a new game mode or something. The graphics are also supposed to have been improved but there seems to be some debate on that point. I wouldn't know since I never played the 360 version.
