UO for me was the best when I played on shard (I never played on official servers)... you have some shard where they developed rather good maps and scripts.... and it's the one IMO offering the most possibilities when you script it yourself.... you can push the AD&D system to it's maximum
but it's really not a game you play for graphics though... WoW don't even come close than an UO shard you like in term of possibilities...
