Check out this list, they are all top rated with decent PSUs. The one you selected didn't have one. Theres the same brand of case in that list (With) PSU.
But heres what I think:
I think you should buy a good case/PSU because they will be with you for a long time if you get it right so you don't have to buy new ones.
The internal components such as HDDs and DVD drives are keepers, you're not gonna just throw those away for a long time, so make sure they are SATA!
All motherboards are going to be obsolete come next year for Intel/AMD anyway, so purchasing an expensive motherboard is silly at this point because by the time you need to upgrade the socket would have become obsolete anyway. So if you buy an old $40 motherboard, sure it performs great and you save $40 which you can put towards the case/PSU/GPU etc which would be more valuable.
