For the price, I'd rate it 7/10. Simply because I think that an E2180 OC will be alot faster than an X2 5200+ for around the same price. Also I'd pay that extra little bit for an ATI 4850 or a 9800GTX+. But you're in the U.S and I'm in Australia, our prices are a bit different.
Also, I've played all those games you've listed, and you'll get 40+ FPS in most of them besides for Crysis. I'm predicting 20-40 at medium settings for that game, which is still extremely playable.
I have a 9600GT as well btw, which means you have a faster graphics card, but you're CPU is slower than mine, so I think my rig is comparable. Depending on what your current rig is at the moment, I'm pretty sure you'll be happy with what you listed. I'm getting a new comp after the new intel CPUs are out.
