with any kind of fraction that you have, you have to divide the whole equation by the digits in front of the desired unknown.
so for -3/5y = -2/3x + 5 you divide by -3/5 and that gives you
y = 10/9x - 3 no problem
if say you have 4/5y = 1/2x + 10 you divide by 4/5 giving you
y= 5/8x + 8 etc etc. It's easy really, just get your head in the game. These are basics after all.
