These are averages from both pre 2008 and 2008. The numbers seem to have been calculated by using attach rates from both end of 2007 and september 2008, which automatically means the whole period is included for 360.
Btw, current attach rates are:
360: 8.1
Wii: 5.5
PS3: 5.3
