Nintendo has more games because they have many games on previous systems, MS never had a system before Xbox so the fact that the retro stuff is much less abundant is to be expected.

3. I really hope you don't mean Wii games will look better than 360 games in time, cause they won't, ever. Unless they are extremely stylized, there is no chance of any game on the Wii looking better than the good looking games of the 360, ever, not now and not in the future.

Actually, They look slightly better.

Right now XBLA and PSN are better than nintendos shop channel but soon Nintendo will have WiiWare up with original games. Plus other neat stuff such as downloading previews for games and hopefully demos too.
