would anyone buy unreal 3 , if epic decided to make it?

I enjoyed the original Unreal alot despite its flaws but I didn't like the sequel nearly as much. If Unreal 3 was a major improvement then I would at least consider a purchase. BTW, do your homework people, Unreal and Unreal Tournament are two different things.
