Well, my only problem with this is that if they hadn't complained, I never would have noticed it was in there. Ever. To be honest, I didn't pay as much attention to the music as I should in the beta, and that probably won't change with the whole game. So, its fine that they got offended and wanted it out of there, it just seems a bit silly to me.
Putting myself into their position, if I heard a few phrases from the Bible in a song, I'd say "Cool! I know where that's from!" and move on with my life. But, I suppose I'm not Muslim, so I don't know what they're thoughts on this are. =)
