I also bought a warrantee from Best Buy. They sent the machine in to their repair shop and a month later confirmed that it was indeed RROD. They gave me a credit of what I originally paid for and I ended up picking up an elite instead. So great deal since I started with a 20GB and ended up with an elite. This was a Best Buy in Canada. The only thing that sucked was it took a month.
