Around the middle of 2008 when Sony tentative holiday schedule was released, it looked ideal..
With SOCOM launching in September,
Motorstorm & LBP in October
Resistance 2 in November
it looked like a perfect ramp up for the holidays...
But first MS punctured Sony's momentum by giving a very nice and big price drop..
then SOCOM pushed in October, LBP delayed
and now it look like all major exclusives are going to launch one after the other in around 3 weeks time....
I think ideal condition would have been to release each exclusive with around 2 to 3 weeks time... starting from mid September till mid November.
Sure Sony couldn't have done anything ... look like they are a bit unlucky this generation.
