 That's teen through adults. "Kiddies" are 12 and under.

 

Its a moving target. The older you get, the older you think someone can be and still be a kiddie. RIght now I tend to think of everyone under 21 as a kiddie; 22 through 25 is a grey zone - some are kiddies, some aren't.
