the people who are pissed right now and say they're going to cancel their purchase will eventually buy it after they're over their initial shock. so those people who think this is wishful thinking will buy it anyway :P
controversy always sells. no matter what, controversy always boosts sales if its not "too" controversial to a point that it will force a ban of the game.
its just song lyrics that can be fixed very easily. I think sony chose to recall the game in order to blow up the issue out of proportion to drum up more sales and use the controversy to their advantage.
