Well so far Marvelous actually hire a publisher XSEED to publish their game on the west without the need of help by Ubi, I think Hudson can do the same I HOPE I have high hopes for this one...
As for the sales, I think are we too worried at this? For one thing, we're comparing how good or bad the sales of the game were on a licensed anime game. Even how good or bad the game was its still a licensed game, its like we're comparing 3rd party games and how good the sales were by looking the sales of Spongebob, the Avatar, Iron Man or Wall-E games. I think Im too early to pass judgement on this one, its not even a main game its more like a videogame commercial of the upcoming anime movie.
After seeing the sales of Tales of Symphonia 2 again I feel I change the direction of my opinion...
end of core gaming days prediction:
E3 2006-The beginning of the end. Wii introduced
E3 2008- Armageddon. Wii motion plus introduced. Wii Music. Reggie says Animal crossing was a core game. Massive disappointment. many Wii core gamers selling their Wii.
E3 2010- Tape runs out
