For skirmish mode, each squad gets an objective, and there is squad on the opposing team that gets the opposite objective. For example, they will say "ATTACK THE BACON!" and your squad's opposing squad will get the objective "DEFEND THE BACON!" etc. It does feel like u r part of a bigger group, because ur squad may be kicking ass, but if the rest of ur team sucks, then u will lose, although ur squad beat the opposing squad. If there isn't enough player, it will just be the amount of squads that are filled up. For example, if there is only 40 players in, there will be 4 squads of 5 on each team, instead of 6.
