I'd love to see India in the next world cup, though the chances of that happening are slimmer than that of Nintendo hiring Hideo Kojima to write the plot for the next Zelda game

Apart from that , id love to see Ukraine and Croatia qualify consistently. Also , i hope England makes it( with them, its hard to tell)
