Most of the time I played was above ground actually (95%). So I don't get where you're coming from.

 

He said that Fallout 3 was both so short you could complete it in an afternoon.

And that it forced you to wander underground for hours and hours.

Those two sentences don't make sence since forced would seem to indicate that you had to do it.

While an afternoon seems too short a time for "hours and hours."
