XBLP is formely other teams that were working on Xbox Live Arcade games that have been consolidated. They just made Fable II Pub Games and are working on the South Park game for 2009.

I'm not too excited myself at the moment, but it's an Xbox Live game so if it sucks at least it didn't take up too many resources.

Just note, I'm pretty sure there are a few more teams out there, especially in the realm of XBLA, but I don't feel like searching the internets for every little tidbit. MS is by far the smallest of the three, but are much bigger than just two studios.
