Considering his voice in Halo CE, I think he would be the manliest chick I have ever seen. Maybe it is just Bungie playing tricks on us. IMO it is more likely that some nerds with a lot of free time came up with this. Not just the average nerd, might I add, the nerd kind that have discussion groups about Kennedy death and 9/11 incidents.
