MC has talked in all the games and has a very masculine voice. Furthermore, a female spartan appeared in DOA and had armor that looked more femine in form.
This trailer has been out since December and I have never heard of anyone having this reading, not to mention that nothing along this lines has popped up since. Aka, there has been no hype about this.
Gametrailers video was a joke (fanservice?), not a real theory.
