no, but its not exactly fair to base a game on only half its possible content, especially a game like this!

Actually, I think that's totally wrong. You don't base the review on potential, or what other people might or might not experience. It's subjective. That's the entire point of a review, telling others about what you experienced.

GAH! It's difficult, and a gray-zone. I think it's wrong, but that's just my opinion.
