And you think selling off one of the few things making any money would help turn that around? The best would be to disolve the crappy branches (or sell if they can) and focus on what actually makes them money. A one time fee right now won't stop them from loosing money in the future if they don't have their biggest revenue earner.
Besides, net losses were actually 184.9 million. Their total revenue was 1.037 billion.
