Some phones can be connected to PC's through expensive cables. Also, many phones (mine included) has MicroSD support so all you'd have to do is save the pictures on the card, put it in the SD card or USB adapter and transfer it to your PC.
*edit* as others have said..... broken leg????? seriously? That's going to be a little difficult to explain.
