I would say both system are similar with the platinum trophy being the nice thing on the PS3.
Achievements still are superior in their web interface at the moment though, as you can see your gamercards from web site whereas you can not for the PS3....
PS3-Xbox360 gap : 1.5 millions and going up in PS3 favor !
PS3-Wii gap : 20 millions and going down !
