The one thing I will give MS credit for is the online system, which is second to none.

Your telling me MS is the only one who copies a succesful game?  Please Saints row is a rip off of GTA IV, Guitar Hero = Rock band this is common in the gaming industry, if they can bring something new to it thats great!

Buying excluvies, strong third party support is something MS is actively doing, but yout right it is a reason for success which is why they do it

Price the system as if you dont care about profitbaility is total BS, as you mention in your next point you mention they release first yourright one advantage to that is you can drop the price quicker, they are still making money on all systems but the aracade which is break even. its funny how everyone on these boards calls MS, M$ cause all they care about is money yet these kind of ridiculous arguments gets thrown out MS dosent care about profit I can guarentee you they do, dont blame MS cause they can drop the price and some competitors cant

The last one is true the RROD was embarrasing though yo dont mention the comprehensive warrenty they came out with or that the ISSUE is completly been eradicated in the new ones
