It sure is !!
While I decided no to wait for the PS3 and switch to the 360, this was a grief (thinking I wouldn't be able to play MGS4).
Porting it on the 360 is financially justified, according to VGC, it sold only 3,30 Mil copies on the PS3. That isn't a great score for the plateform blockbuster. Halo 3 sold 8,3 mil on the 360.
This is a recurrent rumors, so it must be justified somewhere (financial interest ? Konami not happy with the score ? PS3 keeping lossing its exclusivities ? Pressure of the market ?)
Whatever fanboys say, videogaming is business, not religion
