this is really just a pet peeve, but the average person is 22 coming out of college, then 4 years of med school then 2 years for internship, then 2 years for residency, 1 year if you're exceptional. meaning you're 29-30 before you can be considered for fellowships. 13 does not look shes about to hit 30.
