THX CGI-Quality ^^! Ditto!

The PS3 could very well be the end all be all. I think it will last through this gen AND the next. Expect the 360 and Wii to feel severely outdated by this time 2011. Around that time these consoles will be moving on to their next thing. Not Sony's PlayStation though, no sir. This system will stay intact. Why? because Sony thought ahead, that's why. Sony threw in everything a gamer will need for quite some time. You might feel you don't need it now, but you will in the long run. And when the time comes where you have recognized the PS3's necessity is when you feel slightly foolish for ever doubting it in the first place. Early adopters will reap the benefits of not having to buy another console so soon, and 360/Wii owners will be shopping for something new if not already.

Oh, Please excuse my usage of "You". It is not literal.

It's a good thing Sony figured out how to avoid technological obsolescence.  Companies have been try to do that for decades, but Sony must have a time machine they use to bring future tech and fabrication techniques back to our time.  The current period of time between the time a system is released and its CPU/GPU/memory are obsolete is about 6 minutes.

Of course you were saying this all tongue-in-cheek.
