I agree actually. I think average review scores mean jack and squat. As an example, the reason I bought a 360 was for Culdcept Saga. It remains my faovrite game for the system. It got mediocre reviews at best, but I could not care less as I love the game.
This thread, however, is called "Metacritic Rating PS3 Edition." So yes, as it pertains to this specific topic of conversation Metacritic is the ultimate source.
