It hasn't been settled though. The OP doesn't acknowledge the Dreamcast as part of the 6th generation because it doesn't fit into his argument.

 

 

Who said i didn't acknowlege it. Is it my fault that the Dreamcast is the Only system that was disconinued a full year before all it's competitors arrived on the market? The only place it lasted was Japan. Even though it was still in stock in 2002, there were in the middle of phasing it out. It was doomed before the GC and the Xbox launched.
