I would probably pay as much as $70 for the box set with revamped controls, but if they redid puzzles, bosses, etc I'd pay a bit more.
Also, why don't you think the controls will make a huge difference? Look at Prime 1, there were tons of control problems to the game, samus was sluggish, aiming was difficult at best and you had to be stationary to manually aim. There are massive improvements that could be made.
