The first one was originally planned for a PS3 port, but it got canned in favour of working on the second title.

Not there either.

GTA IV turned me off from sandbox games.

Trust me.  Pick up Saint's 1 cheap and check it out.  This series is what GTAIV was meant to be.

 

Sorry but GTAIV>> Saints Row 1.   Saints Row 2 will be a lot better though.
