Why does the ps3 have to be the fat gay guy in the suit? And why does the wii have to be the fine ladie? The x360 pic looks ok.. |
Because the Wii is cheap and easy to use ...obv! =P (and yes this is a joke, don't spaz on me folks)
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 5200+ (Windsor 2.6Ghz)
Memory: Corsair 4GB DDR2 800
GPU: 8800 GTS 640MB
PSU: 700W, SLI-Ready, Modular Cables
Monitor: Dual 22" Monitors (2000:1 Contrast Ratio, 2ms Responce Time, 1680x1050 native res)
I do a lot of programming for school and work, so the dual monitor setup was a pretty big deal for me. A lot of people have probably never heard of the monitor brand but they are actually pretty good, company called Sceptre. I made a few phone calls to the company to ask questions about their products before I got the monitors (normal for any company I have never heard of). I have since bought 2 more for my brother and dad to use on their computers. My brother seems to love his for playing band of brothers and my dad loves the dual spreadsheet action he gets at work (he took his to the office).
I will probably upgrade to a better processor if they start to ramp down AM2 CPU production, but otherwise my only purchase in the forseeable future is another 8800 GTS since the computer was built so that I could set up SLI down the road. I have so many computers in my house that an SLI setup is actually a phenomenal choice for me. Once I get done with the cards they get siphoned over to use with other computers, and since I buy eVGA they have lifetime warranties..bonus!
Anyways, if you can't tell yet, I love computers, and I really love building computers.
