Looking into WiiWare may come soon...but to be honest, Apple has all of the momentum at the moment. Seriously considering buying some iMacs for the office right after the game is done - and working on a iMac & iTouch/iPhone version. Low barriers to entry = FTW development model.
Plus from what I know about the iPhone SDK, the game will port straight over (maybe as quick as a couple of days!) - and it just comes down to changes in design for the new platform(s).
WiiWare would be cool as well though :)
