Heavenly Sword II won't be announced anytime soon. Ninja Theory are now working on a ps3/360 title. Whether Sony will sign them on for HSII later, get the God of War team to work on it, or just not continue the franchise at all remains to be seen. I'd love to see Ninja Theory back for a sequel though.
Jak IV will come at the earliest a year after Uncharted II.
As for Kingdom Hearts III...good luck with that.
